Job Description

About Bose

Bose is a global leader in audio innovation, dedicated to transforming how people experience sound at home, on the go, and everywhere in between. For over 60 years, we’ve pushed the boundaries of what’s possible, combining breakthrough technology with creativity to deliver sound experiences that move people.

Our culture is built on curiosity, collaboration, and bold ideas. We’re reinventing how we connect with audiences across social platforms — and we’re looking for a strategist who can help us do it with impact.

The Role

We’re looking for a Designer, Social + Brand Content to join our growing Content Studio and help bring the brand to life across social and digital channels. In this role, you’ll support the design and development of content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms — creating visually compelling work that reflects the brand’s identity and connects with our artist, athlete, and creator communities.

The ideal candidate is a curious, detail-oriented, creatively driven designer who loves social media culture, modern aesthetics, and experimenting with new visual approaches. You’re comfortable working across formats, excited to learn from senior creatives, and eager to grow into a multidisciplinary creative.

What You’ll Do

  • Design execution and content creation:

    • Support the design and production of social-first creative for paid and organic content, including short-form video graphics, photography layouts, motion treatments, and branded templates.

    • Translate briefs into clear, visually compelling concepts that reinforce Bose’s brand identity.

    • Contribute to the development of campaign content, ambassador collaborations, and evergreen storytelling across platforms.

    • Partner with writers, editors, strategists, and producers to bring concepts to life across multiple formats and creative directions.

  • Concepting and content development:

    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and help develop visual ideas for social campaigns, creator content, and ambassador storytelling.

    • Explore multiple design directions and refine concepts based on feedback from senior designers and creative leads.

    • Work closely with Social and Content Strategists and ACD to ensure visuals align with platform best practices and audience insights.

    • Help maintain consistency across all content by following brand guidelines, design systems, and creative toolkits.

  • On-set and in-production support:

    • Assist senior creatives on-set during Bose-led productions, supporting tasks such as visual reference capture, layout planning, and product accuracy.

    • Help ensure the brand’s visual standards are upheld during shoots and provide design-related feedback when needed.

    • Support Producers and content leads to keep production running smoothly and aligned with the creative vision.

  • Design quality and brand stewardship:

    • Prepare final assets for publishing, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across platforms.

    • Help update and evolve social design guidelines, ensuring they reflect the latest platform trends and brand direction.

    • Keep files, assets, and design systems organized and easy for the larger team to use.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or content design (agency or brand-side).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing social-first design work, including motion, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

  • Ability to execute design across static, video, and motion formats with attention to detail and brand consistency.

  • Fluency in creator culture and emerging social trends, especially YouTube and TikTok, with the ability to translate cultural signals into compelling design directions.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects); familiarity with Figma is a plus.

  • A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn from senior creatives.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Passion for music, sports, entertainment, fashion and culture — and how they influence modern design.

  • Willingness to support occasional shoots or real-time content capture, with limited travel as needed.
