Key Responsibilities

  • Organizing and maintaining digital files and documents, ensuring proper categorization and easy retrieval.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as needed.
  • Responding to emails and general inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Managing virtual calendars and scheduling appointments for agents and management when required.
