Data Center Maintenance Specialist

<p>RYZ Labs is hiring for a <b>Data Center Maintenance Specialist</b> to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical facilities and equipment, ensuring continuous reliability and uptime. Day/night shifts and on-call required.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p>Schedule, execute, and document PMs via CMMS.</p><p>Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems (CRAC/CRAH, chillers, UPS, PDUs, generators, switchgear).</p><p>Monitor via BMS/DCIM; respond to alarms and performance issues.</p><p>Follow SOP/MOP/EOPs, LOTO, and safety standards; support RCAs and corrective actions.</p><p>Coordinate vendors/contractors and manage spare parts inventory.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><p>3+ years in data center or critical facility maintenance.</p><p>Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and controls/BMS.</p><p>Proficient with test equipment (multimeter, IR camera, power analyzer) and CMMS.</p><p>Safety-focused; familiar with NFPA 70/70E and OSHA; able to work shifts/on-call.</p><p>Certifications a plus: EPA 608, CFC, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, CDCDP/CDCEP.</p><p><br></p><p><b>If you are interested in this opportunity, please take the following short initial interview to start our process:</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>About RYZ Labs:</b></p><p>RYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
