Data Analyst - Client Coverage Group

Accountabilities:
  • Analyze client revenue, product usage, and interaction data to generate insights that inform strategy and drive growth.
  • Create, maintain, and evolve reporting metrics covering client revenues, product adoption, interactions, and issue escalations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve reporting for strategic campaigns, OKRs, and market analysis.
  • Design and maintain Looker dashboards to enable self-service analytics for relationship management and customer success teams.
  • Develop reporting frameworks to optimize team resourcing and operational efficiency.
  • Build and manage end-to-end data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and maintain a single source of truth.
  • Automate analytics processes and implement predictive modeling tools to identify opportunities for cross-selling and churn prevention.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a dedicated data analytics role.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, with BigQuery experience being highly advantageous.
  • Strong data modeling skills and experience using Python for analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience as a Looker developer is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with GCP products such as BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Vertex AI is desirable.
