About the position

The CXO Trainer at DISH Network is responsible for creating and delivering exceptional training experiences for customer service agents. This role involves conducting onboarding sessions, supplemental courses, and career advancement programs, both in-person and virtually. The trainer will ensure that agents are well-prepared to meet customer expectations and will adapt their teaching methods based on class performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the organization and deployment of CXO training deliverables on-site and remotely.
  • Create an exceptional onboarding experience for customer service agents.
  • Conduct new-hire orientation, supplemental courses, and career advancement programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions for various audience types, including front line agents and corporate partners.
  • Follow structured facilitation guides and adjust teaching styles based on class performance.
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices for facilitation and training requirements.
  • Facilitate business information sessions to corporate audiences.
  • Stay connected with business updates through collaboration with the curriculum team.
  • Complete customer contact time to maintain proficiency in skills and knowledge.
  • Leverage business intelligence platforms to review results and enhance learning experiences.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One year of related experience in training or facilitation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to facilitate training for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Flexibility and reliability to work varied shifts, including holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to explain concepts and make audiences feel comfortable.
  • Analytical skills to adjust methods based on performance results.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Ability to handle problems involving several concrete variables.
