The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you're the voice of our agency. You'll be the first person clients hear when they call, and your professionalism sets the tone for their entire experience with us.

This is a structured, performance-driven role best suited for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, and thrives with clear expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound calls promptly with a professional, solution-focused approach
  • Process payments, send policy documents/ID cards, and handle policy servicing needs
  • Warm transfer prospects to licensed agents
  • Document all interactions accurately in our systems (RingCentral)
  • During low call volume: support operational and marketing tasks, complete assigned projects
  • Monitor app notifications and fulfill client document requests

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (insurance experience a plus)
  • Strong verbal communication. Confident, clear, and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, Google Drive, and VOIP platforms
  • Self-motivated and accountable in a remote setting
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

Performance Standards

  • Maintain 95–100% activity level in Team Logger
  • Stay logged into RingCentral throughout your shift
  • Follow structured SOPs consistently
  • Incoming calls are always the top priority

Preferred

  • Prior insurance agency experience
  • RingCentral or similar VOIP experience
  • Familiarity with activity-monitoring software
  • Multi-state insurance operations knowledge

  • Full-time, remote
