Your Responsibilities

Customer Service Representatives creatively address a variety of customer questions, issues, and requests.
- Respond attentively to all customer inquiries
- Provide excellent service using strong listening skills
- Handle and protect sensitive customer data responsibly
- Aim to resolve issues efficiently on the initial call
- Communicate clearly and thoughtfully with customers
- De-escalate and resolve customer concerns calmly
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Record and document all call-related details for audits and reporting
- Share feedback regarding any recurring call issues
- Upsell services when appropriate

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of customer service experience
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable working with desktop computers and Windows systems

- College coursework is a plus but not required
