In this role, you will have a significant impact on enhancing the post-sale journey for customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services. You’ll be responsible for creating targeted, data-driven marketing programs that drive product adoption and minimize churn. Additionally, you will focus on uncovering upsell opportunities and turning satisfied customers into advocates, thereby contributing to our mission of supporting healthcare organizations nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing strategy.
  • Design and launch high-impact, multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Build personalized customer journeys using advanced segmentation.
  • Create and distribute high-value content assets like case studies and webinars.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams for aligned messaging.
  • Proactively mitigate retention risks through targeted programs.
  • Own the customer advocacy and reference program initiatives.
  • Manage the lifecycle campaign calendar and communication orchestration.
  • Establish and report on core KPIs for performance tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain messaging consistency.
  • Enhance the annual Customer User Group meeting and year-round programming.
  • Launch and pilot a Customer Advisory Board program.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS experience in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven track record in driving adoption and expansion revenue.
  • Experience working with Customer Success teams for alignment on health metrics.
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools, specifically HubSpot.
  • Strong skills in CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience with ABM tools, such as DemandBase or 6Sense.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven approach for defining KPIs and optimizing programs.
  • Experience building customer advocacy/reference programs.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for clear communication.
