Cashier Key Skills & Abilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service while handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Accurately process payments and handle cash transactions with care.
  • Multitask and prioritize duties, including processing payments, packaging orders for dine-in, take-out, and delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area while handling transactions and performing additional cleaning tasks.
  • Strong desire to improve cashier skills and knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of computers.
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Cashier Essential Duties:

  • Take and assemble customer orders.
  • Clean and sanitize the restaurant, including sweeping, mopping, wiping tables and chairs, and restocking as needed.
  • Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
  • Refill ice bins and ensure beverages are stocked.
  • Carry tea and coffee containers.
  • Assist with food prep as needed.

Cashier Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Standing for 90% of the shift.
  • Sitting is only permitted while taking orders.

Cook Key Skills & Abilities:

  • Willing to learn how to cook and prepare products to meet company standards.
  • Exercise good judgment in cooking and serving quality food.
  • Be open to cross-training on multiple cooking stations.
  • Prepare and assemble products with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked while completing cleaning duties.
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Cook Essential Duties:

  • Cook and prepare food products according to standards.
  • Assemble and package customer orders.
  • Perform general cleaning, including sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning restrooms.
  • Clean dishes and maintain equipment.
  • Remove trash and manage fryer filtration.
  • Assist with food prep.

Cook Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Standing for 90% of the shift.
  • No sitting while on the job.
