Creative Volunteer

Role Description

This is a remote volunteer (unpaid) role at Azur Agency. As a volunteer, you will work on diverse projects that may require a range of skills. You will propose contributions to tasks that match your skills, interests, and career goals. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with teammates to develop your skills and contribute to real-world projects.


This role requires volunteers to be proactive, propose specific contributions, manage time commitment, stay up to date with project's tasks, and take charge of personal accomplishments. We usually don't have a manager to assign us specific tasks, but some projects may allow for a team lead who would help you navigate the progress. If no team lead is assigned, you are welcomed to lead the project to its completion.

Qualifications

  • No education or experience is required.
  • Applicants under 18 must receive school and parental consent.
  • Be respectful of others' differences and skill levels.
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to take constructive feedback. Passion for community development and improvement.
  • Web development, graphic design, social media, creative writing, art, video editing, photography, or other creative skill is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Experience with Discord is a plus.
  • Experience with project management software such as Trello or Asana is a plus.
  • Experience with non-profit organizations is a plus.
