Clinic and Classroom Learning Leader Role Classroom and clinic Learning Leaders plan and facilitate classes from a accredited and approved curriculum specific to Paul Mitchell Schools. The objective is to meet graduation requirements for hands on and theoretical knowledge in a fun and engaging classroom and clinic classroom. Our school plans classes that cater to all multiple intelligences and learning styles. What We Are Looking For: The ideal candidate will have successful previous teaching experience and strong leadership skills as well as experience with Paul Mitchell products. He or she must be self-motivated to meet goals, as well as inspire, inspect, and coach team members in all clinic floor systems including up-selling, rebooking, and guest service systems. This position requires experience in positive and effective communication, customer service resolution and teamwork. Must be able to think on their feet and problem solve in a fast paced environment and multi task. Skills/Competencies Required: * Experience instructing at a cosmetology school or adequate experience in the industry * Current Arkansas state cosmetology license * Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills * Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment * Solid work history with verifiable references * Passion for the beauty industry * Honesty and professionalism * Knowledge in Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred Paul Mitchell The School Federal Way is an equal opportunity employer.
