It is responsible for the design and development of a global compliance and ethics program and collaborates with internal business partners to implement policies, procedures, processes, and controls that implement and support the program.</p><p></p><p><b>Position Overview</b></p><p><b>This role can be based in Denver, CO or Ashburn, VA following our flexible work policy (3 days in-office, 2 days flexible) or remote</b></p><p>Vantage is seeking a highly motivated and well-organized Corporate Compliance Analyst to join the Global Corporate Compliance team. This is a unique opportunity to join an ever-growing legal team and to work on expanding and maturing a global compliance program through process and administrative support of the Global Corporate Compliance program.</p><p></p><p><b>Essential Job Functions</b></p><ul><li><p>Drive day to day third party due diligence through:</p></li><li><p>Support of the implementation of consistent methodologies for inherent risk assessments, control effectiveness, reassessment /ongoing monitoring, and issues management</p></li><li><p>Handle, review and clear or escalate third-party due diligence alerts.</p></li><li><p>Provide process level training and awareness efforts to improve internal understanding of due diligence processes and requirements</p></li><li><p>Monitoring compliance with program policies and internal SLAs and identify compliance gaps and enhancement opportunities</p></li><li><p>Support the development and evolution of reporting capabilities.</p></li><li><p>Monitor process efficiency. Identify and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement procedural and system improvements.</p></li><li><p>Review and update of compliance manuals, policies, processes, and procedures</p></li><li><p>Perform other work as assigned in support of the Global Corporate Compliance Program, including assisting with training content, risk assessments, program reporting, and control implementations.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Job Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Two- Three (2-3) years of experience providing high-level administrative or process support.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrable experience with and substantive understanding of third party due diligence and risk management principles and methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Exemplary organization skills, process orientation, and time management</p></li><li><p>Ability to exercise good judgment and take ownership of issues and matters to their successful conclusion.</p></li><li><p>Ability to think critically, solve problems and drive efficiencies using metrics and information</p></li><li><p>Responsiveness to priority shifts in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrates high level of integrity</p></li><li><p>Travel required is expected to be up to 10% but may increase over time as the business evolves</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Physical Demands and Special Requirements</b></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
