About the position Consultant, Architecture WHO WE ARE: STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-arenaflex. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Consultant, Architecture to join our team! Key Responsibilities: · Lead the architectural design, planning, and oversight of arenaflex 365 (M365) and Power Platform–based enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, governance policies, and industry best practices. · Develop, document, and maintain enterprise-level architecture standards, patterns, and reference models to support scalable, secure, and sustainable M365 solutions. · Collaborate with engineering, security, QA, development, and operations teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery, including design reviews, integration support, and technical governance. · Oversee the architectural aspects of M365 service implementations including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, Azure AD, Intune, Copilot, and AvePoint Online Services. · Provide expert guidance in designing and integrating PowerApps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI solutions across complex enterprise environments. · Assess and optimize information architecture, data models, app designs, and resource utilization within Dataverse environments from a performance and scalability perspective. · Establish, configure, and maintain Power Platform environments at the tenant level, implementing governance, compliance, and lifecycle management strategies. · Define and implement security, retention, and compliance architectures across M365 to align with enterprise information governance policies. · Review and guide .NET-based custom solution implementations to ensure alignment with architectural standards, integration requirements, and M365 best practices. · Develop automation and governance scripts using PowerShell to support enterprise-scale configuration, monitoring, and operational processes. · Conduct architectural assessments, troubleshoot complex multi-service issues, and provide root-cause analysis with long-term remediation strategies. · Design SharePoint Online site architectures, information architectures, and integration patterns supporting enterprise content management and application solutions. · Develop strategies for OneDrive and tenant-level backup, recovery, and retention configurations. · Lead and coordinate Proofs of Concept (POCs), pilot initiatives, and technical evaluations for emerging M365 and Power Platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture direction. · Provide expert-level technical consulting to stakeholders, advising on solution feasibility, integration options, risk mitigation, and adoption readiness. · Produce and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, governance materials, and knowledge-sharing content supporting solution delivery and operational continuity. Qualifications: Education: · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Architecture, or related field Preferred Certifications: · arenaflex Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert · arenaflex 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert · arenaflex Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert · TOGAF or Zachman Framework Certification Security Clearance: · Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) required General Requirements: · Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting arenaflex 365 (M365) Cloud Based Suite in a large corporate or government environment. · Experience with the M365 cloud platform implementing, managing, and optimizing M365 solutions across organizational environments. · Hands-on knowledge implementing, managing, and optimizing M365 solutions (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Teams, Copilot, AvePoint), including migrations, security, and governance practices in M365. · Comprehensive understanding of cross-functional tasks and responsibilities to support seamless collaboration with engineering, security, QA, development, and operations teams.
