Sunrun's Multifamily team is hiring for a Construction Planning Specialist.

  • Partner Management

    • COI Management

      • Track all expirations dates for build partners

      • Yearly request for umbrella policy COI

    • CSLB and city/county Business Management

    • MSA

      • Know its content

    • Send them out to new partners for review and signing

  • Onboarding Docs

    • Manage all partner onboarding documents

    • Work with Procurement & Onboarding Teams process

  • Partner Portal expert

    • Be the support for both internal and external teams/partners on all things related to our partner portal

  • Invoice processing for all pre-construction related operations

  • Bid Requests

    • Pre-Con team will task you with bid requests for:

      • Arborist

      • GeoTech

      • GPR

      • Re-Roofs

      • Miss

  • Contracts/FSDs

    • Draft contracts

    • Send FSDs & WOs

  • Current Content Management

    • Become a content creator

    • Update docs when processes change

  • PW (Prevailing Wage)

    • Send in the proposals for signature

    • Assist build partners with DIR and SURGE questions

  • Battery Management Team Coordination

    • Scheduling with field teams

    • Multi-department collaboration

  • Attend critical meetings in order to stay up to speed on the pipeline

    Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:

    $63,905.49 to $85,207.32
