Clinical Services Representative- REMOTE
Job Description
The Clinical Services Representative is responsible for interacting with members, pharmacies or prescribers by providing support and assistance with clinical program inquiries and other administrative functions.
Responsibilities
  • Perform phone, mail and fax functions for the Clinical Program Development department including: Receiving incoming requests for information, conduct outreach, and may facilitate the completion of tasks in partnership with others in the department
  • Investigate, resolve and document inquiries including Protected Health Information (PHI) disclosures in a timely manner; establish appropriate reporting and tracking procedures for all inquiries and requests
  • Escalate inquiries or issues to appropriate team member as necessary
  • Adhere to and reinforce company and department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and training guidelines specific to the multi-channel application and HIPAA compliance
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED is required
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with focus on professional demeanor and empathy
  • Strong PC Skills with ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Strong attention to accuracy, detail, and quality
  • Self-motivated, action oriented individual who is able to act independently to meet deadlines
  • Enhanced organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a sometimes high-pressure environment
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT) with pharmacy benefit management experience
  • Contact Center experience
  • Fluency in another language (Spanish)

Potential pay for this position ranges from $19.23 - $28.85 based on experience and skills.
