Location: Remote/Hybrid Position - Professional Ct, Garner, NC 27529

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM

Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Employment Type: Part Time

Hourly Pay: $17 per hour plus booking incentives

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Primary Focus: Appointment Booking & Follow Up
  • Follow up with homeowners who recently received estimates and help answer questions so they can confidently move forward
  • Call past clients who have incomplete work or recommended upgrades and book follow up appointments
  • Handle inbound evening and Saturday calls and schedule new estimates and service visits
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and help reduce cancellations
  • Re engage older leads in our CRM to generate new booked appointments
  • This is a phone focused, performance driven role.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter call notes and update customer records in the CRM
  • Track daily calls made and appointments booked
  • Communicate clearly with the daytime team to ensure smooth handoff of booked appointments
  • Request Google reviews from satisfied customers when appropriate

Compensation & Incentives
