Client Service Consultant (Hybrid / Remote)

Broadridge is hiring our next Client Services Consultant based out of our Kansas City, MO office. The Client Services Consultant is responsible for coordinating all aspects of direct mail and marketing service projects for clients—from initial planning through final production and delivery. This role focuses on managing projects that include specialized printing, mailing, and marketing deliverables for a diverse client base. The consultant ensures that each project is executed on time, within budget, and to the client’s specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience with marketing mail, direct mail production, and printing processes, along with strong project management and client-facing skills.
Responsibilities
  • May work at client site from time to time.
  • Typically involves extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams.
  • Project is typically focused on the delivery of new or enhanced products with primary goal of improvement of customer satisfaction through the use of technology.
  • Project management skills, rather than technical skills, are key, however a strong technical background is often required to manage competing interests.
  • Typically oversees schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment.
Project Delivery & Coordination
  • Manage client projects from inception through completion, focusing on direct mail, print, and marketing deliverables.
  • Coordinate all aspects of job setup, scheduling, production, and delivery across internal departments and external vendors.
  • Partner closely with sales, production, and technical teams to ensure accurate execution of client specifications.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, taking proactive action to address issues and meet client expectations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, project transparency, and high satisfaction levels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Liaise between clients, sales, creative, production, and technology teams to support seamless project flow.
  • Facilitate discussions around design requirements, print specifications, and data preparation for mail services.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support delivery excellence.
Customer Engagement & Satisfaction
  • Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their marketing goals and ensuring successful campaign execution.
  • Provide consultative guidance on best practices in marketing mail, direct mail production, and print solutions.
  • Troubleshoot project challenges and escalate as necessary to ensure resolutions that maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience managing direct mail, printing, or marketing service projects required.
  • Strong understanding of print production workflows, mailing requirements, and marketing campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with graphics and creative file preparation preferred.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
