You’ll be part of a mission-driven team helping the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its components achieve outcomes that strengthen our nation’s safety, resilience, and digital modernization.<br><br>We’re seeking a strategic, client-focused, and technology-driven services leader who thrives at the intersection of mission enablement and innovation—someone who understands both federal procurement dynamics and modern technology transformation (cloud, data, artificial intelligence, CRM tools).<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><strong>Account Leadership & Growth<br><br></strong><ul><li>Partner closely with the DHS Lead to execute account strategy across DHS components, with emphasis on building deep relationships and delivering measurable mission impact.</li><li>Lead and expand Slalom’s presence across multiple DHS components; At the Senior Principal level, the targeted base salary range is $155,000 to $205,000, and at the Director level, the targeted base salary range is $190,000 - $240,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
