Iris Telehealth is seeking a full-time Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide psychiatric services in our Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. This role offers the support of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team so you can focus on delivering impactful care. You'll work with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, supported by a robust administrative team, allowing you to focus on patient care. Bonuses are paid quarterly and offer a significant upside to your earnings. • Dictate Appointment Times: We are looking for highly skilled & experienced clinicians to conduct assessments and build a case load, allowing continuity of care and seeing clients through a successful treatment plan from start to finish. You will be given the autonomy to determine the appropriate appointment duration for your clients. About the Role: • Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient Virtual Clinic • Schedule: 32-40 hrs/wk • Patient Population: Ages 5-18 • Appointment Times: 60/90 minutes for initial visits, 30 minutes for follow-arenaflex. • Caseload: 10-13 patients per day • No On-Call Required! Qualifications: • Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency. • Child and Adolescent board certification in psychiatry required. • Active IMLC LOQ, Wisconsin, and/or Michigan medical license strongly preferred. • Availability for 32-40 hours per week . • Experience and comfort treating patients ages 5-18 across varying acuity levels. • Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with EPIC is a plus!). • Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
