Certified Business Analysis Professional (Remote)

In this critical role, you will analyze and understand business needs, proactively identify potential solutions, and ensure that business strategies and processes are successfully implemented. Your expertise will enable collaboration between various stakeholders, making a significant impact on the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. You will conduct deep analyses, develop business cases, and assist in change management, all while working remotely.


Accountabilities
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and process flow diagrams.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to understand business needs and priorities.
  • Perform gap analysis and impact assessments on current business processes and systems.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
  • Assist in change management and training efforts for new systems and processes.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track business performance metrics.


Requirements
  • CBAP Certification (Certified Business Analysis Professional) from IIBA.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) framework.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
