Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping journey
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for cash, credit, and mobile payments
  • Assist customers with product demos and upselling to enhance their shopping experience
  • Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting
  • Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer questions to promote featured items
  • Manage cash handling procedures with precision, including balancing registers at shift end
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries

Skills

  • Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling with strong attention to retail math accuracy
  • Previous supervising or leadership experience is a plus for guiding team members during shifts
  • Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively promote items through upselling techniques
  • Bilingual skills to communicate with diverse customer groups are highly valued
