Job Advert Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Case Officer in Legal & Compliance.

What you will be doing?

  • To be responsible for the administration and conduct of matters arising out of General Claims and Fleet Services.
  • To assist in investigations into Public Liability Claims, Employer’s Liability Claims and Miscellaneous Liability Claims. Including collating documentation and preparing witness statements.
  • To assist in the disclosure of documentation to individuals and organisations including the preparation of disclosure schedules and preparation of correspondence.

Once trained, you will be expected to cover on-call in their turn, but this is a share of existing cover.
