We are currently seeking for compassionate and proactive Care Worker for full-time or part-time positions in Welwyn Garden City (AL7), Hatfield (AL10) and surrounding areas.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (with business insurance)

Your Role- As a Care Worker, you will:

  • Provide direct care and support to all individuals who utilise our service.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and companionship.
  • Provide safe and compassionate care and support that is person-centred.
  • Perform personal care tasks as outlined in the client’s care plan.
  • Create and maintain good communication with clients and other members of the support network.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
  • Monitor and report any changes to care managers.
  • Uphold Hartwig Care’s core values: people-focused, excellence-driven, respectful, and proactive.
