Call Centre Advisor

Job Description:

Groomfield Recruitment are recruiting for our clients which are based in the Birmingham B37 area.

It is best to have your own transport for this position.

Hours: 08:30 and 17:30 Monday to Friday

Pay: £12.26 per hour

Purpose of this job role as a customer service advisor is to ensure all call targets are hit and the clients are being given the best possible customer service, as well as key information delivered and database updated.

Responsibilities:

  • Speak with customers to ensure deliver/collection of products
  • To be aware of clients requirements and deliver service accordingly
  • To update CRM Systems/Database
  • Ensuring customer service is key focus at all times and delivery is executed via email / telephone
  • Liaise with management to ensure targets are hit and specification of phone conversations are being met
  • Inform customer care of any problems or delays
  • Ensure Customer Care department are informed of any problems, delays or failures
  • Liaise with administration department to resolve paperwork/queries
  • Deal with complaints
  • Ensure all work on the system is planned and allocated
  • Such other duties as may reasonably be requested
