We are seeking an expert Business Development leader to join the Wallet, Payments u0026 Commerce (WPC) Issuer Business Development and Partnerships team to structure partnerships and strategic alliances with issuers, payment processors and FinTech partners across the Americas. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end business development lifecycle, including partner identification, business case development, partnership negotiation, signing and execution, go-to-market launch and continued partnership growth. You will guide complex, cross-functional projects and drive progress by diving into product details when needed. A successful candidate is someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys thinking about edge cases asks \"what is another way of doing this?\" and is a strong verbal and written communicator. We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.   • Demonstrated ability working in or with traditional issuers and across markets
  • Knowledge of the payments ecosystem, funds flow, roles/responsibilities for settlement, relevant regulations and industry standards and the wide spectrum of payment issuing products
  • Talented communicator with an understanding of how and when to communicate in order to move initiatives forward
  • Skilled in partner behaviors and experience creating clarity through evolving partner circumstances and needs
