Business Development Analyst- Remote

About the Role:

As a CBRE Business Development Analyst, you will provideadministrative support to the BDM team. This includes providing research, clientreports, and data entry helps support strategic business.

This job is part of the Sales function. They are responsible forthe design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new,and existing clients.

What You'll Do:

+ Responsible formanagement and maintenance of the market database. Track progress and issueperiodic updates to leadership.

+ Manage the input ofleads into the tracking system.

+ Ensure tracking reports and dashboardsare accurate and completed on time.

+ Prepare materialsfor the execution of proposals.

+ Work with crossfunctional teams both internal and external for proposal generation.

+ High level ofcommunication skills required.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintains deadline requirements

+ Act as the local software expert,assisting BDM's, support staff, and management in the use of the tool.

+ Have some knowledgeof standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

+ Lead by example andmodel behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

+ Impact the qualityof own work.

+ Work withinstandardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

+ Exchangestraightforward information, asks questions and check for understanding.

What You'll Need:

+ Bachelor'sDegree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of adegree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

+ Musthave experience with BMS - HVAC and Mechanical or construction knowledge

+ Abilityto use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

+ Experiencewith analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

+ In-depthknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.

+ Organizationalskills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

+ Intermediatemath skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages,fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $56,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $60,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
