What Does a Breakfast Coordinator do?

  • Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager during breakfast hours*
  • Responsible for opening the restaurant and serving breakfast to our Guests.
  • Inspires and guides their staff
  • Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King’s success!
  • Manages Breakfast Inventory

The ultimate responsibility for our Breakfast Coordinator is to ensure that the store is delivering excellent guest service during breakfast hours and keeping our customers happy and full! The Breakfast Coordinators are the chiefs of their team, and both inspire their staff and resolve issues by using excellent organizational, communication and developmental skills. Having the knowledge of the team members’ responsibilities and keeping inventory are crucial to success in this position. Completing paperwork and managing financials also come with the job. Breakfast Coordinators manage the breakfast shifts and prepare the restaurant for lunch business.
