ROLE SUMMARY:
Anheuser-Busch is seeking talent to join our Beyond Beer Business Unit, joining our journey to transform A-B into the fastest beverage company that we can’t live without. Reporting to the Director of Community Integrations, you will be part of a team that will create fans out of our cohort community in markets that will accelerate growth of the brand. Your focus will be on our spirits-based RTD portfolio led by Cutwater and NUTRL, which continue to outperform the industry and grow strong double-digits.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This person will be responsible for traditional & disruptive 360 touchpoint planning and activation to drive brand awareness & create fans out of target cohort communities within our priority markets.
- Uncover consumer insights, trends, and moments to drive brand relevance & build cohort community
- Analyze brand and competitive sales to identify recommended market by market actions to drive brand relevance with cohort community
- Develop cohort community execution briefs that align with national brand strategy and cohesive with brand positioning
- Manage influencer planning & activations to drive brand awareness with cohort community
- Leverage PR to drive influence within cohort community
- Execute flagship experiential events that create stronger bonds with cohort community & drive sales
- Create & review cohort community marketing materials including paid media, trade assets
- Ensures ideas and concepts align with national marketing objectives and are completed in accordance with timelines
- Collaborate with insights team to map out learning plans on campaigns and testing methodologies of brand foundation and campaign elements with cohort communities
- Business and campaign performance reporting, analysis, and optimization for continuous learning and improvement of strategy

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related analytical field
- 3+ years of Marketing experience
- Experience working in a large, matrixed organization
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally within a large organization / external business partners to drive actions forward
- Highly proficient communicator who can distill complex material into actionable insights and takeaways to drive decisions both verbally and through PPT
- Results-oriented with proven track record of implementing time saving routines and delivering sustainable change
- Detail-oriented with strong note taking and presentation building skills
