About the Role

Branch Administration is a critical role within Graybar Canada. Your Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following;

  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet and assist incoming customers, vendors, and visitors.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events as needed; manage telephone inquiries and provide general information. 
  • Prepare documents for management using Word and Excel, and provide administrative support as requested.
  • Expedite purchase orders, maintain delivery information, handle clerical duties, manage office supply inventory, and keep the reception area organized. 

About You

We are seeking candidates to join our talent pool who possess the following:

  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration or Business preferred; equivalent experience is also acceptable. 
  • Knowledge of electrical products is an asset, but not required. 
  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills, with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines, and manage customer requests in a busy office environment. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is essential. 
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.
