Come join our amazing team at Winnisquam Marine of Ossipee! We are looking for a seasonal Front Desk Associate to be the heartbeat of our customer experience and front desk operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented marina environment. This position is a great fit for a student or college-aged candidate who can work weekends during the school year and transition to weekday and weekend availability during the summer. Weekend availability is required.

As our Front Desk Associate, you will be the friendly first point of contact for customers visiting our Ossipee marina. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, answering phones, directing calls, and helping with general customer questions. You will work closely with our sales, service, and storage teams to ensure smooth communication across departments. You’ll also help stock and maintain our marine Ship Store with items like tubes, ropes, grills, and boating accessories, and complete New Hampshire boat registrations for customers.
