You’ll handle a steady call volume while navigating multiple systems and may also assist with back-office tasks like claims processing and general administrative work.<br>  </p> <p>Your strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to deliver excellent customer service will help create a positive experience for every caller.<br>  </p> <p><b>Requirements:</b><br> We’re looking for candidates with strong customer service skills and natural empathy. To succeed in this role, you must have:</p> <p><br> •    Previous call center experience with high-volume calls<br> •    Experience with employer benefits- pension plans, 401(k), and retirement programs<br> •    Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency<br> •    Basic computer knowledge (command prompts, shortcuts, troubleshooting)<br> •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills<br> •    Strong problem-solving skills<br> •    Ability to multitask effectively<br> •    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision<br> •    High school diploma or GED<br> •    Successful background check & drug test (includes education and employment verification)<br> •    Must be 18 years of age or older</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Remote Requirements:</b></p> <ul> <li><i>Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)</i></li> <li><i>Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router</i></li> </ul> <p><i>Due to varying state and local minimum wage laws, we are currently only able to hire candidates residing in states where our compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations.
