We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, demonstrating the value of WorkBoard’s SaaS solution, and converting prospects into long-term customers. While our primary mode of operation is remote, occasional on-site visits within the US are necessary for collaborative client engagements. Your Role • Sales and Business Development • Take ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting, follow-arenaflex, contract review and negotiations, and closing deals to post-sale account management. • Drive revenue growth to achieve and exceed sales goals through strategic prospecting, effective pipeline management, and strong deal execution. • Keep accurate records of sales activities and monitor key sales indicators to drive efficiencies. • Identify and engage mid-market prospects through outbound efforts while also managing inbound leads generated by marketing. • Qualify, nurture, and progress leads. • Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential arenaflex markets. • Sales Presentations & Demos • Understand the key pain points and prospects' business challenges and present tailored solutions that clearly demonstrate how our product meets their needs. • Deliver compelling WorkBoard demos and sales presentations to drive engagement and conversion. • Implementation and Training Support • Collaborate with the implementation team to facilitate smooth client onboarding, ensuring clients fully understand and utilize our platform. • Serve as a key resource during the implementation phase, troubleshooting issues and providing hands-on support. • Relationship Management and Account Growth • Proactively conduct regular account reviews to evaluate client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion. • Work closely with the team to develop personalized solutions and proposals tailored to each client's needs. • Handle contract renewals and collaborate with the customer success and support teams to resolve issues or concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience. • Collaboration and Teamwork • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create sales materials, campaigns, and strategies that drive lead generation. • Work with implementation, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales and onboarding process. What You Will Need • 3-5+ years experience in sales in the B2B, and SaaS industry. • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. • Strong understanding of business sales processes. • Located somewhere on the East Coast of the United States. • Expertise in solution selling, value-based selling, and consultative sales strategies. • Graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field (or equivalent subject) • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset, and confidence. • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
