Known for balancing creativity with a metrics-driven mindset, our director will excel at managing cross-functional efforts including Customer Base Marketing, CRM, brand Awareness, Lead Generation and Data Analytics. Key Responsibilities: • Client Retention & Renewal Marketing: Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that support client retention, renewal, and expansion goals.
