Azure Client Engineer (Cloud Engineer)

Essential Functions Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure solutions and Office 365 configurations for our clients. This role emphasizes optimizing Azure services, enhancing security, and ensuring efficient infrastructure, all while interacting with clients to ensure their compliance needs are met. Duties and Responsibilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Azure and Office 365 solutions aligned with industry and compliance standards. • Manage and configure arenaflex Intune settings to ensure secure mobile device management (MDM) and assist with identity-related tasks. • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technical changes, including onboarding, deployments, and infrastructure modifications. • Meticulously document technical processes, changes, and solutions to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, ensuring clear and organized records for both internal reference and client audits. • Evaluate incoming tasks and projects to determine their urgency and priority. • Implement and maintain network security measures within Azure and Office 365. • Interact with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure that solutions meet client expectations. Job Specifications Required • Security+ certification • Proven experience with Azure technologies, arenaflex 365, and related platforms. • Knowledge of compliance administration, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and security administration. • Proficiency in Azure technologies, including AD Connect, Recovery Services, Virtual Machine management, Conditional Access, Azure AD, AVD, and more. • Strong expertise in Active Directory Domain Services and Active Directory Federation Services. • Familiarity with certificate management and renewals. • In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud networking and network troubleshooting. Proof of citizenship and eligibility to work must be provided immediately upon hire.
