Work You'll Do As an Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on projects to help our clients design, assess, and remediate technology controls. Specific areas of work could include: Assist clients in advancing the quality of information disclosed to markets and investors to meet regulatory and attestation requirements Evaluate accounting systems and controls to identify areas for improvement and utilize established methodologies to enhance clients' information technology controls and technology risk management programs Perform internal audit assurance activities (internal audits over financial, operational, compliance, IT, SOX and QARs), consult with engagement leadership and clients on strategic plans and other business matters, and help to anticipate emerging risks for our clients Create and manage SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 reports, ensuring all third-party services meet the required principles and standards Oversee the implementation of new systems, ensuring they are executed efficiently and align with industry standards, client objectives and regulatory requirements Perform internal control assessments, anticipate and identify emerging risks, and provide clients with proactive solutions and risk mitigation strategies Develop recommendations to enhance business processes and systems based on audit findings Regardless of project type, your work will require: Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills essential to interacting with clients and teams Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/assignments/ responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Problem solving and critical thinking skills in support of both innovative and operational enhancement opportunities Ability to collaborate and communicate across Deloitte team members and client stakeholders Ability to identify, learn, understand, and implement new concepts, frameworks and emerging technologies Ability to manage own personal and professional development; seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experience A strong understanding of Windows Based systems and proficiency with arenaflex Excel, Word, and PowerPoint The Team Our team culture is collaborative and encourages team members to take initiative and seek on-the-job learning opportunities.
