We are looking for an experienced Audio Visual On Site Technician located at Fort Bragg whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience”. What are your responsibilities?

-System Installation & Integration: Install and configure audio, video, and control systems, including video conferencing platforms and networked AV solutions.
-Programming & Configuration: Develop, modify, and troubleshoot control system code (Crestron, AMX, Extron, or similar platforms).
-Rack Fabrication & Cable Management: Build and wire AV racks, pull and terminate cables, and ensure clean, organized installations.
-Documentation & Design: Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for accurate implementation.
-Testing & Commissioning: Perform system diagnostics, quality assurance, and client acceptance testing.
-Maintenance & Support: Provide on-site service, preventive maintenance, and technical troubleshooting.
-Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Does experience count?

-Clearance: TS/SCI REQUIRED
-Experience: 3+ years in professional commercial AV installation and integration. REQUIRED
2+ years in AV control system programming (Crestron, AMX, Extron, Q-SYS, etc.). REQUIRED
-Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AV/IT networking principles. REQUIRED
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation. REQUIRED
-Soft Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills. REQUIRED
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. REQUIRED
Education: Associate's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Other Requirements: Valid Driver's License and ability to pass MVR and CBC. Must be able to lift over 50 pounds over your head. Required
