Position Summary...To provide exceptional customer service and assist in salesfloor operations in order to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.

What you'll do...

1. Salue tous les clients de maniere polie et amicale.

2. Aide les clients en faisant la promotion de produits/services, en localisant des marchandises et en prenant des decisions d'achat.

3. Resout les problemes des clients et transmet les preoccupations a la direction lorsque cela est approprie.

4. Maintient la presentation sur le plancher de vente en stockant et en faisant tourner les marchandises, en retirant les produits endommages ou obsoletes, en installant et en entretenant les presentoirs de produits, en signant et en fixant les prix des marchandises.

5. Assure un bon traitement des reclamations et des retours, securise les marchandises, identifie les articles a forte reduction et maintient un environnement de travail securitaire conformement aux politiques et procedures de l'entreprise.

6. Recoit et stocke la marchandise, utilise l'equipement de maniere appropriee, administre les documents necessaires, les registres et autres documents.

7. Refere les elements de service et transactionnels appropries a un gestionnaire du service a la clientele selon les besoins.

8. Les associes saisonniers se voient attribuer diverses taches au cours de l'annee. Plus precisement, ces associes s'occupent du Centre de jardinage entre mars et juillet, des jouets a Noel et des velos en ete. Garden Centre Associates va zoner, arroser et eliminer les plantes. Un certain manege de liquidites limite peut etre necessaire. Des quantites limitees de bagages a main sont egalement requises. Une activite physique limitee est requise pour les associes qui utilisent des velos. Le compose de sol exterieur necessitera des levees moyennes a lourdes et pourrait necessiter des levees en equipe.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.25. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
