The Associate SCRUM Analyst (Part-Time) role is designed for students seeking hands-on experience supporting Agile delivery teams. This position is ideal for individuals who have previously interned with us and are looking to continue building their Agile and Scrum expertise. Note: This is a part-time, hourly position for the Spring 2026 semester. The role is hybrid and based out of Hartford, CT.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the Scrum process from initiation through delivery, supporting teams in delivering value efficiently and effectively.
- Serve as a liaison between the product owner, development team, and leadership to support alignment on priorities and objectives.
- Assist with facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support team understanding of sprint goals and encourage collaboration, accountability, and iterative progress.
- Help maintain the product backlog and release planning artifacts under guidance from senior team members.
- Identify and escalate impediments that may impact sprint progress.
- Support adaptability within the team as priorities or requirements evolve.
- Perform work assignments of minimal complexity under close supervision, gaining practical experience in an Agile delivery environment.
- Complete assigned tasks as directed, demonstrating professional growth and increasing independence over time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; currently pursuing master’s degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; prior internship experience, especially with our organization, preferred.
- Basic understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and iterative delivery methods.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within an Agile-focused role.
- Ability to manage priorities in a part-time, academic-semester schedule.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Nice-to-haves
- Previous internship experience with our organization
- Scrum certification (CSM or equivalent), or progress toward certification.
- Hands-on experience participating in Agile ceremonies through internships, co-ops, or coursework.
- Exposure to additional Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with an interest in continuous improvement.
