The role is field-based within a core territory, involves scheduled appointments with clients, and requires coordination with scheduling, sales, research, logistics, and management while being managed remotely by a local Photography Manager. This hourly, bonus-eligible position emphasizes accuracy, client communication, and coverage of both residential and commercial inventory. ## What are the Key Responsibilities? - Capture high-quality 3-D virtual tours and footprints using Matterport Pro3 and related equipment to support marketing on Homes.com and Apartments.com. - Create a portfolio of photographs to showcase homes and apartments using professional photography techniques. - Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demand. - Professionally communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks. - Navigate one-mile square grids when not working on residential homes to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage and identify new inventory or missing availability. - Abide by Co. Star safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment and represent Co.
