Overview

We are currently seeking an account service professional to support the VP, Partner in the management of the Southeast regional marketing communication efforts for five automotive brands.  


Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing clients to develop Tier 2 go-to market plans at the DMA level
  • Develop marketing plans that maintain individual brand consistency while addressing market-specific needs
  • Support the management in regional advertising/marketing efforts, including hands-on involvement with monthly campaign execution, regional marketing plans and special projects.  
  • Work with Business Center clients to develop local market messaging strategies given competitive actions and utilizing regional and national incentive programs to create tag messages to drive consumer traffic to FCA dealerships.  Submit creative briefs and tagging requests monthly…sometimes several times a month given multiple incentive change.
  • Development and approval of incentive messages (including both featured and non-featured offers) through collaboration with BC clients.  This includes monthly launch and ongoing incentive changes.
  • Serve as subject matter experts on local nuances, geographic requirements and offer legality.  Collaborate with internal and external legal teams to ensure legally accurate offers and disclaimers are entered into the iHub system.  
  • Work with local FCA clients to disseminate Tier 1 and Tier 2 information to enable them to educate local BC employees on local market efforts to help them push wholesale and retail efforts with the local dealer body.
  • Multiple monthly reports are populated to get all messages 
  • Manage the deliverables of monthly advertising campaigns and special projects.
  • Work with Publicis Collective and Huge legal staff to ensure all broadcast and digital messages remain legal compliant with local state laws for each BC.  Pull information (i.e. invoices, stock levels, etc.) to help support advertising claims.
  • Contribute to the development and strategic thinking on strategies and tactics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients. 
  • Track and analyze competitive marketing activity and assist with providing insight into marketing activity and results

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of automotive marketing experience at the national and/or regional level
  • Experience developing local media plans
  • Experience developing creative communications for all forms of media
  • Experience developing relationships with automotive dealers 
  • Minimum 2 years of advertising or marketing experience.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment.
  • Experience developing relationships with corporate clients.
  • Automotive experience preferred

Compensation Range:  $97,375 - $133,300 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
