In this role, you will orchestrate the activation of CenterWell's owned channels—social, email/automation, SMS, portal, and reputation management—into coordinated, connected experiences rather than siloed channel execution. You will turn strategic priorities from the Line of Business Digital Activation team into actionable channel plans, workflows, and continuous optimization programs. As Associate Director, Channel Activation & Optimization, you will lead the planning, orchestration, and continuous improvement of patient and prospect communications across CenterWell's owned digital channels. Lead integrated channel activation, translating LOB digital strategies into coordinated communication plans across social, email/automation, SMS, portal, print, and reputation channels. Build and manage unified activation workflows, ensuring efficient processes for intake, prioritization, sequencing, testing, and delivery. Drive channel optimization, establishing goals, KPIs, testing programs, and continuous improvement frameworks to maximize engagement, clarity, and conversion. Oversee campaign execution, including segmentation, targeting, timing, and performance enhancement across all owned channels.
