Collaborate with technology teams to ensure the quality delivery of applications and infrastructure components. The role will collaborate closely with Director, Senior Technical Program Managers, Technical Engineers, Architects and Leadership, to ensure completeness and efficiency of solutions while ensuring alignment to standards.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:16px;">Supports facilitation of regular meetings and updates to keep all parties informed of project progress and any potential issues to ensure on-time delivery within project scope and budget.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px;">Participates in solution design discussions that provide technical oversight on complex APIs and/or application integrations.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px;">Completes the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones, with guidance from peers and leaders.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px;">Monitors project progress and identifies and addresses any risks or deviations from the plan.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px;">Implements project quality standards and identifies inefficiencies in delivery processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed stakeholder expectations under supervision.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px;">Monitors and reports on risk status, ensuring timely resolution of any issues that arise.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px;">Provides support in managing Change Requests that arise during project implementation phase.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px;">Provides regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px;">Supports Program Increment (PI) Planning meetings by preparing materials and documenting outcomes.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px;">Collaborates and co-creates effectively with teams in product and the business to align technology initiatives with business objectives.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:16px;">Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, and/or comparable experience.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px;">Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and practices.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px;">Knowledge of Project Management.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px;">Knowledge of Technology Delivery.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px;">Knowledge of Agile management tools such as Jira, Rally, or similar platforms.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px;">Experience in project management, delivery management, or a related job within the technology sector.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px;">Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px;">Experience with Application Programming Interface (APIs), RESTful services, and middleware platforms.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px;">Certification in SPC (SAFe Program Consultant), SA (SAFe Agilist), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified.
