Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR program management, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment laws. This role requires a proactive leader with strong communication skills and expertise in HRIS systems, data analysis, and process improvement to support organizational growth and employee development.
Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including change management initiatives.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts through effective recruiting, HR sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes utilizing ATS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, ADP, Ceridian, and Dayforce.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration using systems like Kronos and UltiPro.
- Supervise HR team members and coordinate training & development programs to enhance staff skills.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to inform HR decisions and process improvements.
