We are looking for our Area Manager (M/F) for UK and Ireland
Permanent Contract – Full Time

The Area Manager is responsible for the overall management of the region, including customer service and staff.
He/She is responsible for achieving the sales objectives of the assigned region, maintaining and exceeding high operational and merchandising standards, building highly motivated teams, and developing team members.

Analyze available sales reports and data to determine action plans
Set clear objectives for Store Managers.
Propose events and incentives to grow the customer base, with a particular focus on developing local markets.
Develop sales forecasts and strategic plans to ensure sales growth, product launches, and profitability, while monitoring business performance and market trends.
Maintain all merchandising guidelines, ensuring the proper execution of in-store merchandising strategies.
Support, implement, and follow up on all training programs/workshops
Continuously evaluate individual performance and provide constant feedback to ensure results.
You are agile, but above all, passionate by your job
You have at least 5 years of experience in dynamic and international retail brands, 2 years of experience in a similar functions .
