As an Apple Channel Store Advisor, you will showcase your ambitious spirit as you lead the sales, merchandising, and operations of an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store. As a dynamic leader, business manager, and influencer, you will encourage our partner’s staff through your forward-thinking style, love for technology, and passion for Apple.
Through your influence, you will grow Apple business in the multi-branded store by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations to customers, and training partner staff while ensuring all our merchandising standards are met.
In this position, your work schedule will be based on business needs and will require you to work 25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
Description
In this role, you will:
- Represent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand.
- Sell directly to customers, work closely with partners, and create new owners of our products.
- Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products, accessories, and services.
- Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
- Leverage your curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $49,700 and $66,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple Inc.'s discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit award recommendations, and can purchase Apple Inc. stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple Inc.'s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Participation in Apple Inc.'s discretionary stock programs is governed by Apple Inc.'s stock plans and agreements and are not part of local employment contracts or compensation.
