Because when advertising is done right, it benefits everyone.<br><br><strong>Description<br><br></strong>We’re seeking a senior individual contributor to join the Apple Ads strategy team and help develop the long term plan for Apple Ads. Our strategy connects into Apple’s overarching vision and guiding principles, which will involve cross functional collaboration throughout the organization.<br><br>The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with creative vision to identify what's possible. You'll have significant impact on discovering, evaluating, developing, and communicating strategic opportunities. In this role, you'll lead through influence, facilitating working groups to assess opportunities and drive proposals forward.<br><br>You bring deep knowledge of the advertising ecosystem and will be instrumental in positioning Apple Ads for global expansion. This is a hands-on role where you'll directly shape the strategic direction of our advertising business.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Define and drive strategic initiatives that inform the long-term roadmap for our Ads business, working closely with cross functional partners.</li><li>Conduct market, competitive, and customer analyses to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.</li><li>Build data-driven business cases and financial models to guide investment decisions.</li><li>Partner with leadership to develop annual and multi-year strategic plans, translating them into measurable goals and key results.</li><li>Develop strategic narratives and executive presentations that influence senior decision-making.</li><li>Act as a thought partner to cross-functional leads, helping prioritize and sequence opportunities across global teams.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>10+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or product strategy within technology, media, or advertising.</li><li>Demonstrated experience analyzing complex markets and business models to develop strategic recommendations.</li><li>Strong analytical and modeling skills; ability to structure problems and synthesize insights clearly.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills — comfortable influencing senior stakeholders through compelling storytelling.</li><li>Proven track record of operating independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field or MBA a plus but not required).<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Familiarity with digital advertising ecosystems, including search, mobile app, display, or video ads.</li><li>Comfort navigating large-scale organizations and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Passion for building privacy-forward, user-centric ad products.</li><li>Experience with data visualization and presentation tools to create compelling visual narratives and communicate insights effectively.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Pay & Benefits<br><br></strong>At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,600 and $274,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.<br><br>Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You’ll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition.
