Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health. Opportunity We are looking for a data-driven Analyst to join our Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) team. In this role, you will play a foundational part in demonstrating Twin’s economic value and clinical impact to partners and employers. You will support the development of health economic models (such as ROI and arenaflex-effectiveness models) and help translate complex clinical outcomes into financial narratives. This is an incredible opportunity for an early-career analyst to gain deep experience at the intersection of data science, economics, and digital health. Responsibilities • Modeling Support: Assist in the development, maintenance, and execution of health economic models (e.g., Budget Impact Models and arenaflex-Effectiveness Analyses). • BI Tool and Dashboard Support: Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in business intelligence tools to support decision-making and to translate business questions into clear metrics. • Data Extraction: Use SQL to pull and clean data from product and clinical datasets to be used as inputs for economic models. • Visualization: Build and update dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health outcomes and arenaflex savings for our partners. • Research Assistance: Support literature reviews and evidence synthesis to identify variables and benchmarks for economic modeling. • Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to provide the data-driven "proof points" needed to communicate Twin’s value proposition. • Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within our reporting ecosystem through rigorous testing and validation. • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, health economics, or a related field (relevant internships or academic projects are welcomed). • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Excel (advanced formulas/modeling) is required. • Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Lightdash) and an interest in learning economic modeling software. • Education: A degree in Economics, Public Health, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field is preferred. • Analytical Mindset: A strong curiosity for how clinical improvements (like lowering HbA1c) translate into economic savings for employers and insurers. • Communication: Ability to distill complex data into clear, concise insights for internal stakeholders. • Authorization: Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available at this time). • This remote opportunity based out of the U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $105,000 annually.
