Job description

Legacy Delivery and Logistics, LLC is a Delivery Service Partner seeking enthusiastic, team players to deliver packages. DSPs are independent businesses that partner to deliver end customers on a daily basis. Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time. We offer full and part-time opportunities.

Delivery vehicle is provided and no CDL is required.

Start Time 08:25AM to 07:00 PM

10 hours Shifts per day available 7 days per week. One weekend day is mandatory.

Full Time typical 30-40 hour per week. There may be adjustments including, additional hours and potential schedule changes depending on time of the year and peak seasons and other factors.

Delivery Driver Basic Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 to apply
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and sort boxes and packages up to 50 lbs. each on a frequent basis
  • Ability to move at an accelerated walking pace consistently.
  • Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision.
  • Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to climb up and down stairs frequently throughout the workday.
  • Ability to timely report for scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance.

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities

  • Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
  • Effectively operate a hand held electronic device for routing information, customer delivery information and operate a global positioning system (GPS) Navigation System.
  • Keep pace in physically demanding job
  • Load and unload packages to be delivered
  • Follow all local and state laws, road/driving regulation and Company policies
  • Provide rescue assistance to other drivers once the driver has completed his/her route for the shift
  • Perform other duties as assigned
