AI Solutions Specialist /Microsoft / Copilot/

Job description:
As part of our next phase of growth, we are building a dedicated AI capability, focused on Microsoft Copilot. We are looking for an AI Solutions Specialist to lead customer transformation using Microsoft AI technologies.

In this role you will design and deliver Microsoft AI solutions that create real business change, running AI discovery workshops, representing us at events, webinars and social platforms, building demos and proof-of-values sessions, and guiding organisations through AI-driven transformation.

You will be the bridge between business needs and Microsoft’s AI capabilities - Copilot, M365 AI, Azure AI, automation and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.

This is a highly customer-facing, hybrid role combining pre-sales consultancy, solution design, AI evangelism and advisory work, ideal for someone who is passionate, visible and highly engaged with the future of AI.


We offer flexible and remote working options, along with travel required to client sites, events and company offices as necessary. 

The AI Solutions Specialist will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Lead AI discovery workshops, challenge customer thinking, shape business outcomes.

  • Build tailored demos, proof-of-value engagements and solution concepts.

  • Collaborate with Microsoft on roadmap alignment, programmes and go-to-market. 

  • Produce tenders, proposals, SoWs, cost models and licensing guidance. 

  • Build adoption pathways, governance models and business change guidance. 

  • Deliver paid consulting engagements - training, advisory and implementation planning. 

  • Translate business challenges into AI-powered outcomes and ROI. 

  • Evangelise Microsoft AI at events, webinars, customer showcases and online. 



Required Skills & Experience:



  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft AI stack (Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI).

  • Experience in pre-sales, consultancy, solutioning or architecture.

  • Experience delivering workshops, demos and proof-of-value engagements for wider audience.

  • Comfort presenting on stage, on camera and in high-stakes customer sessions.

  • Ability to challenge customer assumptions respectfully but assertively.
