AI/ML Presales Engineer/Consultant

Company Description

As an AI/ML Presales Engineer/Consultant:

Focus your efforts in helping Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning solution sales to our marquee Cable, Media and Entertainment customers in North America

You will collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to develop POCs and propose solutions

Create strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor to them

Help in developing strong methodologies, processes, implementation and rollout plans

Help in strategic consulting and building AI/ML-driven roadmaps for our customers

Work with offshore AI/ML/Data delivery and competency teams on regular basis and communicate project requirements to these teams
Help customers in performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Have at least 8+ years of AI/ML solution development or/and strong AI presales experience
  • Excellent consulting, communication and facilitation skills
  • Deep understanding of data pipelines, data ingestion, data models, feature engineering, AI/ML model development

Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.

Who can dive into unknown data and do deep analysis - prove causation or prove data is related and therefore one causes the other.

Must have a proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights

Experience visualizing/presenting data to stakeholders.

Understands the AI/ML products and market landscape

Knowledge of Cable, Media and Entertainment business will be plus

Knowledge of Big Data and Nosql

Knowledge of infrastructure stacks (AWS, Linux, Scala, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Spark, etc.)

Coding knowledge and experience in one or more of programming languages: Python, R, Java, JavaScript, etc.
